Health and Safety Protocols
At this time, there are no COVID-related restrictions on ChiroConfab; however, the WSCA will continuously monitor public health directives and adjust our health and safety protocols as appropriate. Unless and until state or local regulations change, attendees will not be required to wear face coverings, socially distance, submit to temperature checks, or comply with any previously established health and safety protocols. Some attendees may choose to observe these or other measures. Personal choices regarding optional helath and safety protocols must be respected by all in attendance.

Service Animal Policy
The WSCA seeks to create an environment conducive to learning at its continuing education programs. Although service animals are always welcome, pets, companion, and other non-service animals will not be permitted at WSCA events. Attendees who bring such animals into our events will be asked to leave them outside, or alternatively, leave the event and no refund will be issued.
Dr. Jay S. Greenstein is a Maryland native. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland, his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the National College of Chiropractic, and earned his post-graduate degree in Sports Chiropractic at the Logan College of Chiropractic. In addition to maintaining his private practice as CEO of KaizoHealth and Kaizo X, he is the founder and President of the Kaizo Clinical Research Institute. Dr. Greenstein is also the founder and CEO of Kaizenovate®
Advisors, a leading-edge firm to helps doctors and a wide variety of companies to improve their organizational performance. Dr. Jay coaches businesses on Six Sigma, leadership, and the Chiropractic Entrepreneur Framework® (CEF). He is also the founder and CEO of Kaizenovate

Dr. Chad Hurst joined the Hurst Chiropractic team in 1999 and became Owner and Clinic Director in 2015. He is an active member of The Washington State Chiropractic Association and its current Past President. Dr. Chad enjoys seeing families become healthier through chiropractic and the wellness lifestyle that chiropractic promotes. Dr. Chad and his wife, Jolene, reside in Wenatchee with their three daughters.
Dr. Mark Jones practices in Spokane Valley at North Pines Chiropractic and Massage. He is the District 5 Representative on the WSCA Board of Directors, is married, and the father of four boys. He is an active member of the National Ski Patrol.
Dr. Jones will be presenting one of the afternoon instensive sessions at ChiroConfab East, titled Medicare Dos and Don'ts.
Janelle Carney is the managing shareholder for the Spokane and Tri-Cities personal injury offices of GLP Attorneys. Her background is in insurance, and it was this experience that led her to believe that representing plaintiffs was her true passion. She understands the importance of advocating for those who are unable to advocate for themselves. Her practice focuses on all aspects of personal injury law, including wrongful death claims, premises liability, and insurance bad faith claims all over Eastern Washington. She is a 2007 graduate of the Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law at Arizona State University and is licensed to practice law in both Arizona and Washington.
Ms. Carney will be presenting the closing general session at ChiroConfab East, titled Medical Liens.
