Health and Safety Protocols
At this time, there are no COVID-related restrictions on ChiroConfab; however, the WSCA will continuously monitor public health directives and adjust our health and safety protocols as appropriate. Unless and until state or local regulations change, attendees will not be required to wear face coverings, socially distance, submit to temperature checks, or comply with any previously established health and safety protocols. Some attendees may choose to observe these or other measures. Personal choices regarding optional helath and safety protocols must be respected by all in attendance.
Refund Policy
Service Animal Policy
The WSCA seeks to create an environment conducive to learning at its continuing education programs. Although service animals are always welcome, pets, companion, and other non-service animals will not be permitted at WSCA events. Attendees who bring such animals into our events will be asked to leave them outside, or alternatively, leave the event and no refund will be issued.
Mark Co-owned Inc5000 Company that introduced mainstream whole-body cryotherapy in the USA. The company went from $400,000 to $7.1 million in 3 years. in 2018 Mr. Murdock started a private consulting company, NSIA Consulting, to help small health, wellness, and medical technology companies grow. He has since consulted with two more companies that are on the Inc5000 List. He spends most of his time in the dose-dependent medicine fields of Photobiomodulation and Platelet Therapy. Mark is a form college basketball coach of 17 years, having coached 9 - All-Americans.

Dr. Palmer-Yee has been practicing at Twin Lakes Chiropractic in Federal Way since 2005. She received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta and her Doctor of Chiropractic from Western States Chiropractic College. Her practice philosophy emphasizes chiropractic healthcare for women during pregnancy and childbirth, as well as chiropractic care for infants and children. She is also a certified yoga instructor, a skill she uses to teach her students the importance of good body mechanics and the benefits of a strong spine and core. She is a longtime member of the WSCA and is the association’s current president.
Heather Webb has worked in the legal field since 1990, progressing form paralegal to law clerk and finally to attorney. Heather is a shareholder and leads the Burlington, Bellingham, and Wenatchee offices of GLP Attorneys. She is passionate about representing her personal injury clients and, given her fluency in Spanish, handles the firm’s representation of all Spanish-speaking clients. Heather completed the Washington State Bar Association’s Rule 6 Law Clerk program—an alternative to the traditional method of attending law school and became licensed to practice law in Washington in 2007.
Ms. Webb will be presenting the closing general session for ChiroConfab North, titled Avoiding the Pitfalls of Litigation.
