Refund Policy
Service Animal Policy
The WSCA seeks to create an environment conducive to learning at its continuing education programs. Although service animals are always welcome, pets, companion, and other non-service animals will not be permitted at WSCA events. Attendees who bring such animals into our events will be asked to leave them outside, or alternatively, leave the event and no refund will be issued.
As the leader of medical services for the United States Olympic Committee (USOC), Dr. Bill Moreau worked with Olympic and Paralympic teams where he was responsible for the care of thousands of Team USA athletes, provided by more than 200 clinicians from numerous health care disciplines. During his tenure at USOC, Dr. Moreau served as the Team USA chief medical officer during the Rio 2016 Summer Olympic Games, and the PyeongChang 2018 Winter Olympic Games as well as serving as the medical director for the the London 2012 Summer Olympic Games and the Sochi 2014 Winter Olympic Games. Over his more than 30-year career, he has also treated collegiate, high school and recreational athletes.
Dr. Moreau is a licensed chiropractic physician and a board-certified Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians (ACBSP). He has presented more than 500 lectures and postgraduate education programs throughout the world. Dr. Moreau is currently president of the ACBSP and is a member of the Journal of Chiropractic Medicine editorial review board.
Dr. Brian Chan, a native of Kent, WA, is a second-generation chiropractor. He received his chiropractic degree from Palmer College Of Chiropractic in San Jose, CA, where he graduated with honors and cum laude in 2002. He attended Brigham Young University in Provo, UT for his undergraduate studies. Although Dr. Chan loved the warm sunny Californian weather, he was happy to move home to Seattle to join the practice with his brother and father.
As a chiropractor, Dr. Chan's specialty includes the treatment and management of work-related and whiplash injuries. He spends many weekends attending continuing education in the fields of whiplash treatment and work injury management. In 2009, he became a graduate of the Spine Research Institute Of San Diego's Whiplash And Brain Injury Traumatology program, which offers the most in-depth, science-based training available today covering the entire spectrum from the physics of motor vehicle crashs to human biomechanics to diagnostic and management. In 2010, he completed the Advanced Certification in Whiplash and Brain Injury Traumatology, the highest achievement offered by the Spine Research Institute of San Diego. He is an active member of the Washington State Chiropractic Association.
C. Randy Baze, DC currently serves on the WSCA Board of Directors and is a past president of the WSCA. He graduated cum laude from Sherman College of Chiropractic and has been in private practice since 1984. Dr. Baze has been honored with numerous chiropractic awards including the WSCA’s 2014 Chiropractor of the Year. He founded the Philosophy Forum in 1991 and is also a member of the Chiropractic Knights of the Round Table. He operates Baze Chiropractic in Renton, WA. Dr. Baze is the author of the book A Journey Into Miracles.
