Spring Connect '26 Trade Show

WSCA Spring Connect '26 is the association's first multi-day continuing education event in Eastern Washington. This year's event is April 11-12 at the Confluence Technology Center in Wenatchee.

All exhibitor spaces include the following:

• One (1) dressed, six-foot table
• Registration for two (2) company representatives
• Meals for all exhibitors
• Wi-Fi

Platinum and Leadership level exhibitor registration includes:

• Additional registrants (three (3) for Platinum level, four (4) for Leadership level)
• Registration Bag Inserts*

*Exhibitors selecting this option must deliver 150 copies of the inserts to the WSCA office by Friday, March 27, 2026.

Exhibitor Registration Fees

*Includes educational institutions, government agencies, and select nonprofit organizations.

WSCA members must login to access discounted pricing options.

Refund Policy

• 30 days from the event: full refund issued
• 14 days from the event: 50% refund issued
• 13 days or less: no refund
• No show: no refund regardless of when you paid
• Refusal to comply with current health regulations: no refund 

Service Animal Policy

The WSCA seeks to create an environment conducive to learning at its continuing education programs. Although service animals are always welcome, pets, companion, and other non-service animals will not be permitted at WSCA events. Attendees who bring such animals into our events will be asked to leave them outside, or alternatively, leave the event and no refund will be issued.

Video/Image Policy

By registering for this event, you consent to being videoed and/or photographed while in attendance; you authorize the WSCA to use your likeness in connection with the promotion of other WSCA events; you acknowledge that your likeness may appear in such materials in a number of different media, including but not necessarily limited to print and electronic media, and potentially any other media not currently known or envisioned; and you release the WSCA from all liability for the use of your likeness in said media for said purposes.
