Exhibit at WSCA Connect '23!

All exhibitor registrations include the following:

• One dressed, 6' table with two chairs
• Electrical connection
• Wi-Fi access
• Registration for two of your representatives (four for Platinum and six for Leadership exhibitors)
• Lunches for all of your registered representatives
• Listing in all print and electronic conference materials
• Contact list* of all conference attendees with name, clinic, phone number, and address
• CE credits for any of your registered representatives who are licensed chiropractors

Double Booth exhibitor registrations include:

• All of the above, plus
• One additional dressed, 6' table

Virtual exhibitor registrations include:

• A video** to be played on a loop on a big screen TV placed at the virtual exhibitor booth in the tradeshow hall and on screen in the meeting rooms between sessions
• Placement of your marketing materials at the virtual exhibitor booth
• Contact list* of all conference attendees with name, clinic, phone number, and address

Add-on options: 

• Additional exhibitor attendees beyond the two (or four or six) that are included with your registration may be added at a rate of $75 each.
• You can also have your marketing materials*** inserted into every conference attendee's registration bag at a rate of $150.

* WSCA policy prohibits the release of email addresses. As such, contact lists will only include names, clinic names, phone numbers, and physical mailing addresses, and will be provided after the event.

** Videos should be limited to 60 seconds. Production of videos is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor and files must be delivered to wsca@chirohealth.org no later than October 13, 2023.

Exhibitor Pricing:

There is a small room block available on a first-come, first-served basis.  Rooms are $179/night + tax.  Lodging room reservations can be made here.

Refund Policy

• 30 days from the event: full refund issued
• 14 days from the event: 50% refund issued
• 13 days or less: no refund
• No show: no refund regardless of when you paid
• Refusal to comply with current health regulations: no refund 

Service Animal Policy

The WSCA seeks to create an environment conducive to learning at its continuing education programs. Although service animals are always welcome, pets, companion, and other non-service animals will not be permitted at WSCA events. Attendees who bring such animals into our events will be asked to leave them outside, or alternatively, leave the event and no refund will be issued.
