WSCA Connect '25 Trade Show

WSCA Connect is the premier multi-day continuing education event of the year in Washington. This year's event is October 3-5 at the Marriott Downtown Tacoma.

Exhibitor space is available in the form of single or double booths.  Each booth space will include:

• One dressed, six-foot table (or two, if purchasing a double booth)
• Wi-Fi access
• Attendance for your organization's representatives 
• Admission for each of your representatives at the private reception on Saturday, October 4
• Admission for each of your representatives at the plated breakfast on Sunday, October 5

Registration for additional attendees, as well as electrical drops and the inclusion of your marketing materials in conference attendee registration bags*, can be purchased as add-on products.

*Bag inserts are included with Platinum and Leadership level exhibitor booths.

Refund Policy

• 30 days from the event: full refund issued
• 14 days from the event: 50% refund issued
• 13 days or less: no refund
• No show: no refund regardless of when you paid
• Refusal to comply with current health regulations: no refund 

Service Animal Policy

The WSCA seeks to create an environment conducive to learning at its continuing education programs. Although service animals are always welcome, pets, companion, and other non-service animals will not be permitted at WSCA events. Attendees who bring such animals into our events will be asked to leave them outside, or alternatively, leave the event and no refund will be issued.

Video/Image Policy

By registering for this event, you consent to being videoed and/or photographed while in attendance; you authorize the WSCA to use your likeness in connection with the promotion of other WSCA events; you acknowledge that your likeness may appear in such materials in a number of different media, including but not necessarily limited to print and electronic media, and potentially any other media not currently known or envisioned; and you release the WSCA from all liability for the use of your likeness in said media for said purposes.
