Mac is a seasoned trial lawyer with a strong commitment to advocating for individuals and families who have suffered harm due to the negligence of others.
His current legal practice is primarily centered around personal injury, wrongful death, and cases involving insurance coverage and bad faith. Prior to joining our firm, Mac dedicated several years to defending corporations in product liability, mass tort, and wrongful death cases. More recently, he defended insurance companies in contentious disputes related to insurance coverage and bad faith claims. Mac’s effectiveness in litigation against corporations and insurance firms is rooted in his extensive experience representing them in the past. He leverages this knowledge and insight to secure the best possible outcomes for his clients.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Mac finds joy in watching his son excel in football, witnessing his daughter’s ballet performances, and cherishing quality time spent with his wife and their two dogs.
