The 2022 WA ChiroConfab is a multi-day, multi-city, multi-format event! Presented over a two week period in four different regions of the state, each location will feature its own unique speaker lineup. Attendees will have the option of registering for their regional presentation or for the full event. Regional attendees will only attend the portion of the conference nearest them and will earn 9 CEs. Full event attendees will attend their regional presentation and get to watch a live broadcast of the other three regions. Full event attendees will earn 27 CEs!
