Terms & Conditions

Full conference registration for nonmembers includes 6 months of WSCA membership.
Nonmembers who do not wish to become members can register by contacting the WSCA office by email or by calling 206.878.6055. The full conference nonmember rate without the promotional membership is $500.
Olympic & Rainier members are automatically registered for the full conference. Only CAs/Staff/Spouses of these members must be registered online.
"Staff" includes all non-DC employees of a chiropractic clinic.
DC attendees must be registered under their own account. One DC cannot be included under another DC's registration like CAs/Staff/Spouses.

Refund Policy

30 days from the event: full refund issued
14 days from the event: 50% refund issued
13 days or less: no refund
No show: no refund regardless of when you paid
Refusal to comply with current health regulations: no refund

Service Animal Policy

The WSCA seeks to create an environment conducive to learning at its continuing education programs. Although service animals are always welcome, pets, companion, and other non-service animals will not be permitted at WSCA events. Attendees who bring such animals into our events will be asked to leave them outside, or alternatively, leave the event and no refund will be issued.
